Theratechnologies Inc. (Theratechnologies) (TSX: TH) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of Underwriters led by Mackie Research Capital Corporation (the “Underwriters”), whereby the Underwriters will purchase, on a bought-deal basis, 5,323,000 common shares (“Common Shares”) of the Company at a price of $3.10 per Common Share (the “Offering”) for gross proceeds of $16,501,300.
